Thanksgiving!
I am getting really excited for Thanksgiving dinner! I just love a good excuse to eat way too much and do lots of baking. Believe it or not I really do like to bake, I just don't do to much. Number one, Eric is very picky, number two, I hate my little kitchen. Anyway, this year I want to learn how to make some good homemade stuffing. So if anyone has any tips for me feel free to send them this way! This year we are going to have dinner with just our immediate family at my Mom's house. I hope if turns out o.k. That means lots of cooking but we should have more leftovers to keep too. It will be kind of weird not seeing everyone though. I really don't know if I have seen everyone in the families since this summer, which may not seem too odd to some but growing up it seems like we saw everyone everyother month at least. Anyway I am stiff excited for the Holidays to start!

All I have to say is good luck on the stuffing. Married 8 years and still haven't even baked the Turkey yet! Thank goodness for parents and in-laws. Hope you have a good one!
Yeah, I don't think I will be attempting the turkey for sometime.. Probably not until I have to, not much of a meat cooker anyway!
I don't know if you have my mom's recipe, it's the best one I've ever had and it's sooo simple! I've tried fancy stuffings and have not found a better recipe. It's fun when you get cook! I'm excited for you! Turkey isn't hard! Don't be afraid! Good luck!
We need to learn from Grandma Walker her stuffing is the BEST!
