Thanksgiving weekend!

The past couple of days has been soo nice! On Wednesday Mom, Lissa and I baked the pies for Thursday so we were kind of busy but not really. We made 7 pies. Then Thursday morning I got up and went over to my moms to help get all of the cooking done. Eric and Craig went snowmobiling first thing. We cooked the stuffing, potatoes, turkey, ham, rolls, two more pies, and a couple of salads.. We ate around 2:30. Lorraine and Rudy and their family came and then my Dad invited his hired men and their familes so we had a house full for a while. Oh.. My stuffing turned out pretty good by the way. I think I got a litttle too much seasoning in it but we the gravy on it you couldn't really tell. Anyway, after dinner we went out and shot some clay pigeions. I am not a real great shot I guess i just don't have it! Cailee tried and it was so funny, I think it was the first time she had ever shot a shotgun. Eric, Craig, and Daniel and all really good at it. Daniel has always been very good at shooting clay pigeions, I'm not sure if he has ever really done much bird hunting though. After that we had pie and stuff. We sat and watched my mom and lissa do some cleaning up (so nice huh..) and then we went up to my Aunt Cynthias to visit with the rest of my moms family for a little bit. I thought Mom's was a little crazy! They had way more people up their. All but one of my Mom's siblings was up there.
Eric and I stayed at my parents thursday night. So we got up the next day and pretty much just hung out! I can't remember the last time I just didn't really do anything. It was really nice. Cailee and I took the kids up and visited Grandma Cook for a little while. Then Eric and I came home.
Today I have just been hang'n out again. I have Hailee Jo though, Lissa went up to Billings shopping with Mom and Cailee. So it's been pretty nice again just getting a few things done that have been needing done for a while! Tomorrow Eric and I are flying out to Vegas. I am going to stay for a week and then come home but he will be their until the 18th. My mom and Eric's mom and going to take turns keeping the kids. It would be nice to take them but I didn't really want Brac to miss any school. Anyway its been pretty uneventful but nice!
